Returns and refunds
In case your snugclub hoodie blanket is just too cosy!
You can return your hoodie within 31 days of receipt provided that the hoodie is returned unwashed and in its original condition, with all enclosed packaging intact. Returns will be inspected and refunds processed within approximately three working days of receipt of the return.
Please contact the team on support@snug-club.com with your name and order number, and we will be able to create a returns label for you. Please note that the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed upon receiving your return.

If you require an exchange then please do let the team know and we can get this organised. Your exchange will be sent following receipt of the returned item.
